PLANTS THAT ARE NOT CONSIDERED HARDY IN YOUR REGION and all other products are guaranteed for 30 days after the purchase date. Books or accessories are to be returned in their original, unused condition along with the receipt.

If you are not satisfied with any of your purchase from Sundwall Gardens, please call us during normal office hours as soon as you discover the problem. We will provide growing advice, and/or a refund or credit limited to the original purchase price. Alternatively, a replacement product or plant may be arranged depending on availability and time of year.
Please inform us as soon as possible if you suspect damage has occurred during shipping. We are not responsible for items damaged or plants that fail to survive as a result of neglect, poor planting location, or acts of nature.
